Give your brain a boost with food

feed your brainMany food and drinks actually help us to concentrate and stay alert.  I’m sure you have had a coffee, energy drink or something sugary at one time in your life to give you a boost?

Why is it we do so much to use “quick acting” things to give us that afternoon “pick me up”?  Perhaps its time we put more focus on eating foods that will keep our brain healthy long term?
