Promise or Pay – Take the mindful eating challenge and raise money for charity

It’s still a bit cold here.Those pesky winter chills are hanging around so we’ve got a great idea to lift your spirits!

How you ask?

Try our FREE mindful eating challenge and raise money for charity at the same time.  Woo hoo!

We know accountability and sharing our health intentions can be a powerful tool in making long term changes in our life. By combining these, Aussie Company, Promise or Pay have now brought us a fun way to raise $$ for charity and achieve healthful changes in our lives.

  1. If you manage to complete the mindful eating challenge, your friends and family donate to a charity
  2. If you don’t manage to complete it,  you donate some $ yourself to the charity
  3. Either way, giving to others makes us feel pretty great and helps others in need.  So it’s a win win!


Commit  - to our online 5 day mindful eating challenge. It’s FREE , easy and a great intro into the world of mindful eating. If you are new to mindful eating you can read up more HERE.



Write it down - There is evidence to show if we write down our health intentions we will be more likely to achieve them. Pop your commitment in your diary, on your phone, on the fridge or back of the toilet door – where ever inspires you ;)



Head to  - Promise or Pay and pick a charity you feel passionate about. Choose from youth, homelessness, mental health, animal, musical causes and more! Once you’ve picked a charity, pledge your commitment to completing the Mindful Eating Challenge.



Share it - Ask some close friends, family or work colleagues to support you in your mindful eating challenge. Ask them to promise to pay to your charity if you complete the challenge. Don’t forget to share it on social media to inspire others. Make sure to tag  #solfood and #promiseorpay in any of your social media pics so we can help to support you!
