There has been a paradigm shift in the way many Dietitians and Nutritionists work in the area of weight concern.
We know 1/3- 2/3 of weight is regained within one year of following a weight loss diet and almost all is regained within five years.
There is now emerging evidence that a non-diet or health at every size ® approach is showing statistically significant improved health outcomes (both psychological and physical).
SOL's founder, Christina Turner has been using non-diet approaches in Australia for a number of years. She also facilitates an online mindful eating program suitable for clients who no longer wish to diet but would like a healthier relationship with food. You can read more about the course here.
