Arthritis

Arthritis is where there is inflammation, stiffness, damage or pain in the joints of the body.  It can affect people of all ages.  The three most common kinds are:

  • Gout
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Osteoarthritis

Some people find a relief in their Arthritis symptoms by changing certain aspects of their eating.  For example, Some people with certain kinds of Arthritis can benefit from taking supplements such as Omega 3’s to reduce inflammation (and pain).
