Christina 02

Hello there ♥ and welcome to SOL nutrition

I'm Christina founder of SOL nutrition. We're a team of Accredited Practising Dietitians & Nutritionists with humble beginnings in beautiful Byron Bay, Australia.

A lot of people ask us, “What does SOL mean?”  It means “the sun” in Spanish. We see our role as helping people to change their eating based on scientific evidence. The key? To do it with a whole lot of warmth and compassion - just like the sun!

Too often we're bombarded with images from the media on how to lookhow to lose weight and what to eat.  There's also environmental concerns like the "importance" of eating organic and buying locally.  Understandably it can all start to be a bit overwhelming. Sound familiar?

SOL Dietitians use a 'no-diets' approach. We'll support you to make whatever health changes you'd like to make without popping you on a DIET,  (cos let's face it, diet's don't work and the "ideal body weight" is outdated and just plain rubbish).

Let us help you put the 'SOL' in your eating ♥ Keep reading to find out more!

Carly 02

I believe in nutrition, cooking and exercise as the basis for a healthy and happy life. I also believe health is more than that. It's about our stress management, our sleep and our relationships with friends and family.

I'm very passionate about FOOD and COOKING and enjoy experimenting with different recipes and cuisines and of course tasting and sharing them.

My clinics include Banora Point, Cabarita, Kingscliff, Murwillumbah and Pottsville. I also consult to local aged care facilities.
