Using technology for a healthier mind and body

So many of us try to be more mindful with what we are eating. If you have seen a Dietitian to lose weight, you probably would have been encouraged to try mindfulness strategies such as eating more slowly or listening more to your body.

Having said that though, our lives are becoming busier and busier. Technology has pretty much taken over for most of us. Can you think back 5 or 10 years ago? Were you checking your i-phone or smart phone for facebook, emails or texts? uh – no!

So how do we keep healthy and stay focused on our inner health with all this technology taking up our attention?  Well. We can start to put this technology to good use.
